USB Phones:

Radian SkyTone RST201

The RST201 is your typical looking desktop phone.  This is a USB connected phone and so gives you the look and feel for desktop needs.  One advantage of this phone is it has a built in speakerphone and works better than the VoSky or USR speakerphones.  The software is not as GoogleTalk enabled as i would like, but I figure that will come in time and improvements.  You will need to look at your screen to place GoogleTalk calls, but for a corded telephone you have to sit at your desk anyway so no real disadvantage.  All in all this phone is not bad for a desktop phone with speakerphone capabilities.
